Below your will find out four standard packages. Remember, you can save on physical packages with our SPECIAL DAYS.  Book in the week (Monday to Sunday) when the Special Day falls for your chosen character and enjoy a 10% discount!

We don't just do birthdays, we can bring some sparkle to other special occasions, live events, charity fundraisers etc. Whatever your need, feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Prices can be negotiated for longer events or if our standard packages don’t suit you. We aim to work closely with customers to give you what you’re looking for.

We recommend booking in advance to make sure your chosen princess can make the journey from the castle to see you.

If your princess is ill or your plans change, one option is to switch to a “Virtual Visit” if needed. Our Virtual Visit Single Calls are for the child in question and any siblings and family present. The Group Calls are for any friends attending.

Due to Disney copyright, we cannot show our certificates on our site, but certificate options for your chosen character can be emailed to you beforehand. You can then tell us which one you would like and if you would like it given to your princess on the day or if you would prefer it to be emailed to you so you can print it yourself in your chosen format.

Privacy:

When using photos taken at events for promotional material, unless permission is given, children’s faces will be blurred, covered or cropped out to respect their privacy.

Safety First:

If you plan to leave children alone with our host, please be aware that Princessence follows the adult to child ratio guidelines set out by the NSPCC.

0 - 2 years (1 adult to 3 children)

2 - 3 years (1 adult to 4 children)

4 - 8 years (1 adult to 6 children)

9 - 12 years (1 adult to 8 children)

Our host has a DBS certificate.
